Our injection moulding facility has machines ranging from 30 to 300 tonnes. We have enviable knowledge and extensive hands-on experience of a wide range of polymers. Ranging from commodity plastics through to technically challenging engineering polymers. With the added advantage of an in-house toolroom, we also design and manufacture tools, as well as repair and modify existing tools.

Our moulding facility is fitted with cloud based, Real time 24 hour monitoring and planning software. Offering full live production data and traceability of each batch of components and materials.
Implementing automation collaboratively with our skilled workforce, has resulted in reducing many of the repetitive processes that can have the consequence of human error.
With automation, including a 6 axis cobot we have designed closed loop systems of manufacture to maintain quality, cycle times and reduce waste.
*We were accredited with ISO13485 previously in 2017 and our aim is to gain recertification, hence we work with all manufacturing procedures in place
